Cassidy Gannon

Cassidy spent her early years competing in a multitude of sports including go-kart racing and competitive softball. In 2013, as a junior in high school, she decided she needed a change of pace and searched for something new to fulfill her competitive drive. This is when she found Coach Tricia and Jen and was introduced to the sport of boxing. Cassidy went on to compete as an amateur and had a total of 9 fights.

In 2017 she moved on from competing to coaching while obtaining a degree in Kinesiology at Seattle University. She currently runs our "KO Parkinson's" boxing program designed for those with PD and other movement dysfunctions. She also became certified in June 2023 as a Human Biomechanics Specialist - Level 1 through Functional Patterns. Cassidy enjoys helping people improve both their boxing skills as well as body mechanics.

Cisco Rodriguez

Coach Cisco has been an active person his whole life. He  enjoys playing sports or any type of physical activity. It wasn't until he was 23 when he found boxing. At first it was an outlet and for self defense purposes. Since then,  he’s become fascinated with the sweet science and realized how it relates to life itself. He's trained with 3 coaches (Tricia being his 3rd), experienced 5 amateur fights and has a nutrition background.

To further excel his coaching, he is currently learning the anatomy and biomechanics of the body through a methodology approach by Functional Patterns. Learning more and deeper in human movement.

Cisco is passionate about teaching and taking initiative to help athletes and the community.
